What you’ll do
SCOPE OF THE JOB:
Follow the Global Security mission: Protect P&G People & Assets.
Ensure people, tangible and intangible assets are adequately protected.
Maintain business competitiveness by actively engaging all employees in ensuring the Company’s ability to optimally conduct business is not compromised.
Achieve Physical Security, Supply Chain Security, Incident & Crisis Management & Travel Security.
Ensure employees reduce their exposure to crime, timely closure of cases in our Incident Report System, carry out physical security reviews, on-boarding of Site Leaders, definition & delivery of the security awareness training program, mitigation of finished product losses, annual workshop & crisis management training.
Ensure an effective level of protection to P&G People & Assets by using the appropriate strategies and tools provided by Global Security.
Handle and/or coordinate complex and highly sensitive investigations including, but not limited to violations of Company Policies regarding Conflict of Interest, Fraud, Theft, Harassment, Workplace Violence and Substance Abuse and Due Diligence examinations.
Plan and implement appropriate precautions to preclude business interruptions due to natural/human-made disasters, terrorism, activism and other unforeseen events.
Build and implement contingency plans to take care of anticipated issues.
Maintain close relationships with high-level law enforcement, intelligence and private sector counterparts.
What we're looking for
Business Manager with Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems, administration or criminal justice and exceptional credentials as trainer and experience with Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence or Security Provider background.
Experience in handling a broad range of security program management including incident management, crisis management and investigative experience.
Sound understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Absolute integrity and ethical conduct required in all undertakings.
Available to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
Knowledge of the Consumer Goods business, political and security situation in Mexico.
Experience as a trainer or enabler.
Translate security requirements into business requirements.
